📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or cooking oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

 Instructions:

  1. Scramble Eggs:
    Heat oil in a wok. Add eggs, scramble, and set aside.

  2. Sauté Garlic & Veggies:
    Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry for 3 mins.

  3. Add Chicken & Rice:
    Add diced chicken and rice. Stir-fry on high heat.

  4. Season:
    Pour soy sauce. Mix well. Add eggs back in.

  5. Serve:
    Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds.
