1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder


1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for desired spice level)


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)


Grated dark chocolate or chocolate shavings (for garnish)


A pinch of cinnamon for garnish (optional)




Instructions:


1. Prepare the Blender

Start by adding the chocolate ice cream to the blender. Using a high-quality chocolate ice cream will give your milkshake a creamy and rich base.



2. Add the Flavorings

Pour in the milk, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract. The cinnamon adds warmth, and the cayenne pepper gives a hint of heat, making it uniquely Mexican.
